The following members of the School Committee were present: Mayor Michael Bissonnette, Dana Cutter, David Barsalou, Marjorie Wojcik, Michael Pise, Debra Styckiewicz, Susan Lopes, Donald Lamothe, Sharon Nawrocki, Mary Beth Costello, Susan Lecca and Chester Szetela.
The following members of the Board of Alderman were present: Keith Rattell, Ron Belair, William Zaskey, Chuck Swider, Shane Brooks and Robert Zygarowski.
The following members of the Chicopee Comprehensive Building Commission were present: Henry Lenart, Russell Nubile, William Boone, Jr., Scott Chapdelaine, Michael Zaskey, Barbara Cove, Gerald Girouard, Normand Lussier, Timothy Sweeney and Paul Adkins (Marjorie Wojcik was present as indicated above).
The following members of the Chicopee Conservation Commission were present: Jean Fitzgerald and Mary Donahue.

The meeting was called to order by Chairperson, Mayor Bissonnette, at 7:10 PM.
Speakers included Mayor Bissonnette, Massachusetts Representative Joseph Wagner, Board of Aldermen President Keith Rattell, Chicopee Comprehensive High School Building Commission Chairman Henry Lenart, Chicopee Conservation Commission Chairperson Jean Fitzgerald, Project Manager Lenny Laakso, General Contractor Rich Raimondi, and representatives from Mount Vernon Group.
Mayor Bissonnette facilitated a brief question and answer period.
