Facilities Subcommittee

The following members were present: Donald Lamothe, Chairperson, Susan Lopes, Vice-Chairperson, Dana Cutter and Deborah Styckiewicz.

Absent was Michael Pise.

Also present were Marjorie Wojcik, Richard W. Rege, Jr., Ronald Simard, Terry Glusko, Sarah Hoar and Stephen Dauphines (Mount Vernon Group).

Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Lamothe, Chairperson, at 7:00 PM.

1.         Approval of Minutes – April 18, 2006

VOTED: On motion by Mrs. Styckiewicz to approve the minutes of the Facilities Subcommittee meeting held on April 18, 2006.

Hand vote – 4 present in favor – 1 absent and the motion PASSED.

2.         Reuse of the “Old CHS” and “Ripple Effect Redistricting”

The Subcommittee discussed the cost of renovations of the “old CHS”.  This item will remain in Subcommittee for further discussion.

VOTED:  On motion by Mrs. Styckiewicz to adjourn at 8:10 PM.
