Also present were Richard W. Rege, Jr., JoAnn Kupiec and Sarah Hoar.
Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by Mrs. Wojcik, Chairperson, at 7:00 PM.
1. Approval of Minutes May 16, 2006
VOTED: On motion by Mr. Pise to approve the minutes of the Finance and Budget Subcommittee held on May 16, 2006.
Hand vote 5 present in favor and the motion PASSED.
2. Final Statement for FY 2006
The Subcommittee reviewed the final statement of accounts for fiscal year 2006.
VOTED: On motion by Mr. Lamothe to recommend to the full Committee approval of a Literacy Coach at Fairview Veterans Memorial Middle School as mandated by the state, funding to come from the prior years surplus.
Hand vote 5 present in favor and the motion PASSED.
3. Update FY 2007 Budget
The Subcommittee discussed the FY 2007 budget.
