The following members were present: Mayor Michael Bissonnette, Dana Cutter, David Barsalou, Marjorie Wojcik, Debra Styckiewicz and Sharon Nawrocki.

Absent were Michael Pise, Susan Lopes, Donald Lamothe, Mary Beth Costello, Susan Lecca and Chester Szetela.

Also present were Richard W. Rege, Jr., Debra Schneeweis, Ronald Simard, Joanne Lennon and Sarah Hoar.

The workshop began at 7:04 PM.

Special Education Department

Mrs. Schneeweis, Director of Special Education, reviewed her job functions, in-house programs, out-of district schools and the Individualized Education Plan process.

Food Service Department

Mrs. Lennon, Director of Food Services, reviewed her job description and the Food Service Program Budget.

*Mr. Cutter left at 8:10 PM.

Maintenance Department

Mr. Simard, Director of Maintenance, reviewed capitol improvements, on-going projects, summer plans, accomplished projects and the department’s critical needs.

The workshop ended at 9:15 PM.
