The meeting was called to order by Vice-chairperson, Mrs. Wojcik, at 7:00 PM.

A motion was made by Mr. Cutter to approve the employment contract between Jennifer S. Dold, Principal, Gen. John J. Stefanik School, and Richard W. Rege, Jr., Superintendent of Schools, and to authorize the Chairperson to sign.
