Please request permission from the School Committee to do the following transfer of funds:

School Lunch                                                   Noon Attendants                                  $  37,000.00

These transfers are to off-set the FY 2007 budget, as previously approved in the FY 2007 Budget Appropriation.  After the last quarterly payment is received, an additional transfer request will be made.

Outside Professional Services                           Auto Maintenance                                $    8,400.00   

This transfer will zero out the deficit as well as provide for additional expenses through June 30, 2007.

School Ins. Payment                                         Maint. Of Buildings                               $  10,231.61

These funds are leftover from an Insurance payout made to the School Department in 1999.  After verifying with the City Auditor it was determined these funds can be used as we see fit.
