08-2-1 Move that, the minutes of the Organizational Meeting of the School Committee held on January 16, 2008 be approved.
08-2-2 Move that, the bills totaling $1,238,884.89 (Warrants S012508, S020108 and S020808) be approved.
08-2-3 Move that, the bid for bread products be awarded to Freihofer Sales Company, Inc, the lowest qualified bidder.

08-2-4 Move that, the home education plans be approved as listed.
08-2-5 Move that, the Telecommunications Department be authorized to videotape for telecasting on CSC-TV, Cable Channel 5, the Chicopee Colleen Coronation Ball on March 15, 2008, at no cost to the city.
08-2-6 Move that, the Telecommunications Department be authorized to videotape for telecasting on CSC-TV, Cable Channel 5, the Fairview Veterans Memorial Middle School National Junior Honor Society Induction Ceremony on March 13, 2008.
