The following members of the School Committee were present: Adam Lamontagne, David Barsalou, Marjorie Wojcik, Michael Pise, Debra Styckiewicz, Susan Lopes, Donald Lamothe, Sharon Nawrocki, Mary Beth Costello, Susan Lecca and Chester Szetela.
Absent was Mayor Michael Bissonnette.
Also present were Richard W. Rege, Jr., Alvin Morton, Deborah Drugan, Stephen Nembirkow, Debra Schneeweis, Denise Ruszala, Jeanne Kidwell and Sarah Hoar.
Call To Order:
The meeting was called to order by Vice-chairperson, Mr. Lamothe, at 7:00 PM.
1. Community Development Block Grant Program
Mrs. Kidwell explained the Block Grant Program to the Committee and answered their questions.
2. Final Report from the Educational Management Audit Council
Mr. Rege reviewed the EMAC report. The administrators answered the Committee’s questions regarding the findings. The Committee’s questions focused on the following categories of the report: Curriculum and Instruction, Assessment and Program Evaluation, Human Resource Management and Professional Development, and Access, Participation and Student Academic Support.
